Sr. Electrical Design Engineer (PCBA, analog/digital circuit design)

Job Description

KLA is seeking a dedicated and motivated senior engineer to join the Electrical Engineering group. The individual will work on cutting-edge technologies in the semiconductor industry.

Requirements

• Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years
• Expertise in low noise linear analog circuitry, high-speed digital design, CCD sensors, FPGA devices, and advanced electronics laboratory equipment

Responsibilities

• Gathering and capturing project requirements
• Conceptual feasibility studies
• Project planning, cost, and scheduling
• Analog and digital PCB design using CAD tools
• Conducting various analyses: circuit, noise, timing, thermal/cooling, electrical loads, FPGA
• Design validation planning, execution, FW and system integration
• Collaborating with other engineering groups for design, integration, and qualification at subsystem and system levels
• Occasional travel up to 10% required
