Quality Engineer

Job Description

KLA is seeking a Quality Engineer to lead the investigation and resolution of quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical field
• Experience in DFMEA and root cause analysis
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in related field
• Strong interpersonal and self-management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and creating customer facing reports
• Data Analytics experience a plus
• Ability to work in a multicultural team
• Ability to communicate complex subjects in simple terms

Responsibilities

• Lead investigation and resolution of quality issues
• Drive global team to identify root cause and implement corrective actions
• Handle internal engagement and alignment on customer issues for quality performance concerns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide training and support to team members on quality-related topics
