Product Engineer – Reliability Modeling & Statistics

Job Description

The job involves understanding reliability models, running them to generate engineering insights, identifying gaps between models and real-world scenarios, and developing innovative ideas to bridge these gaps.

Requirements

• Doctorate Degree in related discipline with 0 years related work experience, or Master's Level Degree with 3 years related work experience, or Bachelor's Level Degree with 5 years related work experience
• Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science engineering, statistics, or related engineering discipline
• Proficiency in coding to solve applied industrial problems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own and run reliability models to generate engineering insights
• Identify gaps between models and real-world scenarios
• Develop innovative ideas to bridge gaps with clever assumptions
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to obtain extensive data
• Drive innovation and features in reliability modeling domain
• Deliver written periodic reports to wider team
• Present ideas and results in concise decks and summary documents
• Lead cross-functional technical groups
