Senior PCB Engineer

Job Description

NVIDIA is seeking a PCB Technology expert to lead the development of new technologies and materials for next-generation products.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Chemistry or Materials Engineering with 8+ years of experience in PCB design, fabrication, and materials
• Extensive expertise in all PCB technologies with a focus on laminate materials, interconnect structures, chemistries, and fabrication processes
• Proven experience in HDI, high layer count PCBs, and signal integrity challenges in high-speed designs
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with engineering teams
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

• Provide PCB technology support to engineering teams and collaborate with PCB supply base and material laminate suppliers
• Lead the development of PCB technology and material roadmaps for next-generation products
• Research and develop new PCB technologies, interconnect structures, and materials
• Maintain and update design rules and PCB fabrication requirements
• Communicate and update PCB and supplier activities with the PCB team in Santa Clara
