Job Description

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Circuit Design Engineer to join their innovative team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge technologies in the field of Processor design.

Requirements

BSEE/MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering
8+ years of circuit design experience
Good understanding of deep submicron process issues and digital circuit design techniques
Experience with analog and mixed-signal block design
Hands-on experience with Spice simulations, EM/IR analysis, and static timing analysis/closure
Experience in noise analysis, loop stability analysis, and ac/dc/transient analysis
Proficiency in scripting languages like Perl, Tcl, Make
Leadership experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Develop and participate in bleeding edge Processor design in deep submicron technologies
Design innovative circuits for silicon correlation and hardware security
Improve the performance, reliability, and security of next-generation products
Drive the design and physical implementation of digital and/or mixed-signal analog circuit IPs
Create prototypes of patentable ideas on test chips
Mentor/lead junior team members
