Senior DFX Methodology Engineer

Job Description

NVIDIA is looking for a DFT Methodology Engineer to work on groundbreaking innovations involving crafting creative solutions for DFT architecture, verification, and post-silicon validation on complex semiconductor chips.

Requirements

• BSEE or equivalent experience with 5+ years of experience, MSEE +3+yrs exp. (or PhD)
• Proven experience in DFT or related domains
• Good exposure to cross functional areas including RTL & clocks design, STA, place-n-route and power
• Experience in Silicon debug and bring-up on the ATE
• Knowledge of DFT security and hardware system security
• Strong programming and scripting skills in Perl, Python or Tcl
• Exceptional written and oral interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Implementing state-of-the-art designs in test access mechanisms
• Developing and deploying DFT methodologies for next generation products
• Mentoring junior engineers on test designs and trade-offs
