DFT Methodology - Data Analytics Engineer

Job Description

NVIDIA is seeking a Design-for-Test Engineering Senior Engineer to work on groundbreaking innovations involving crafting creative solutions for DFT architecture, verification, and post-silicon validation on complex semiconductor chips.

Requirements

• BSEE (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years, MSEE with 3+ years, or PhD with at least 1 year of professional experience in Data Visualization, Data Processing & Transformation, Applied Machine Learning or Database Management
• Excellent knowledge in using statistical tools for data analysis & insights
• Experience in Silicon debug and bring-up on the ATE or SLT platforms
• Strong programming and scripting skills in Perl, Python, C++ or Tcl desired
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Work with pre-silicon and post-silicon data analytics - visualization, insights, and modeling
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to implement brand-new methodologies for improving the quality of chips
• Address hard-to-solve problems in the Design For Test space using algorithm design and statistical tools
• Develop and deploy DFT methodologies for next-generation products
