Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or appropriate STEM field
• Prior Technical Specialist/Specialist Engineering equivalent work experience in a relevant discipline area
• Knowledge of MS Office tools

Responsibilities

• Understand and specify electronic hardware and interconnections for systems
• Optimize machine integration to achieve desired outputs
• Impact product design decisions using modeling and simulation
• Implement robust, data-based solutions to solve product problems
• Translate stakeholder needs into verifiable requirements
• Define and analyze systems of interest to predict behavior and devise modifications
• Develop formal and informal relationships inside and outside the organization for collaboration
• Deliver clear, multi-mode communications to address different audiences' needs
• Create new and better ways for the organization to succeed
• Make timely and effective decisions to keep the organization moving forward
• Operate effectively in uncertain situations, making sense of complex information to solve problems
