Manufacturing Engineer - Senior

Job Description

The Manufacturing Process Lead is responsible for leading specific projects to create and implement all aspects of manufacturing processes, ensuring safety requirements, manufacturing goals, business goals, and product specifications are met.

Requirements

• College, university, or degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related field, or equivalent experience required
• Intermediate level of relevant work experience required

Responsibilities

• Lead specific projects to create and implement all aspects of manufacturing processes
• Ensure safety requirements, manufacturing goals, business goals, and product specifications are met
• Apply knowledge of manufacturing principles and practices to improve equipment and processes
• Utilize continuous improvement tools and follow Cummins standards
• Lead the development of manufacturing standards and working methods
• Communicate with and influence key external stakeholders, business leaders, and functional members
• Collaborate with internal and external resources on specific project assignments
• Maintain relationships and coach key stakeholders
