The Logistics Site Operations Leader role at Cummins involves providing operations leadership for a warehouse or Distribution Center, overseeing warehouse operations, transportation, and packaging to ensure a safe and efficient supply chain.

Requirements

• College, university, or equivalent degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related subject required
• Moderate level of relevant work experience required

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and drive improvements in warehouse operations focusing on safety, quality, production, and cost
• Effectively communicate with customers, suppliers, stakeholders, and staff to ensure smooth operations
• Manage and develop supply chain capabilities, setting goals for training, development, and career planning
• Oversee daily operations to ensure a reliable and efficient supply chain and lead continuous improvement projects
• Support corporate supply chain initiatives and ensure alignment across business units
• Coach and develop staff, setting goals for performance and career growth, while championing Cummins values like diversity and community involvement
