The Middle-Midle Transportation Technology team at Amazon is seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer to work on cutting edge NP Hard problems and algorithms that optimize freight movements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Design transportation solutions for various Amazon business verticals
• Build distributed systems focusing on operator and customer experience
• Maintain high software standards through code quality and reviews
• Mentor junior engineers in building scalable software
• Influence technical strategy and architectural decisions
