Job Description

AWS is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to manage multiple programs/projects for AWS EC2 in the Networking space.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 3+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Responsibilities

• Identifying stakeholders and driving set roadmaps and strategies for the program
• Driving delivery, reporting status, and holding the bar on product quality
• Handling complex inter-team dependencies and bridging gaps in technical management
• Working with different domain people including finance, engineers, engineering managers, customer support, and various teams to drive high-profile projects
• Establishing service levels and contracts between service teams
