Job Description

AWS Infrastructure Services is seeking a highly motivated Network Deployment Planner to join their team. The role involves scoping and planning interdependent capacity scaling projects and new network capacity deployments across multiple data center locations.

Requirements

• 5+ years data center networking experience working with optics and bulk fiber
• 3+ years experience working with large scaling infrastructure deployments
• 3+ years experience working with 3rd party vendors on large projects

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to timelines
• Deliver sustainable and repeatable solutions and processes with an eye on improvement
• Work closely with Install/Deployment Technicians, Supply Chain & Procurement, Network Engineers, and Technical Project Manager teams to ensure fast delivery of customer capacity
• Coordinate design, project timeline/schedule, and construction milestones
