Job Description

AWS Infrastructure Services is looking for Data Center Technicians to join their team. The position involves ensuring the availability and reliability of data center operations.

Requirements

• 1+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience
• 1+ years of computer networking experience
• High school or equivalent diploma

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of technical issues brought by customers and engage other teams for resolutions
• Troubleshoot and problem solve technical issues
• Maintain service level agreements through proactive issue detection and reporting
• Act in the absence of direction or support
• Improve effectiveness through process innovation
