Job Description

AWS Infrastructure Services is looking for Data Center Technicians to join their team, responsible for ensuring overall availability and reliability of data center operations.

Requirements

• 1+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience
• 1+ years of computer networking experience
• High school or equivalent diploma

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of technical issues and engage other teams for resolution
• Troubleshoot and problem solve technical issues
• Maintain service level agreements through proactive detection and reporting
• Work shift work including days/nights/weekends/holidays
