Job Description

Amazon Web Services is looking for an ASIC Design Engineer to join the Cloud-Scale Machine Learning Acceleration team and work on optimizing hardware in data centers, including AWS Inferentia.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a relevant field
• 10+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement high-performance, area and power-efficient RTL designs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize trade-offs between features, power consumption, performance, and area requirements
• Lead and design to meet requirements or solve system problems at a product level
• Mentor team members and perform hiring decision assessments
