Requirements

• 6+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of QA methodology and tools
• Experience in manual testing
• Experience in automation testing
• Experience with customer-facing applications

Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive test strategies and QA methodologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand quality requirements
• Create, maintain, and execute test cases, scripts, and scenarios
• Identify defects and document areas of improvement
• Perform root cause analysis and work on issue resolution
• Define key metrics for measuring software product quality
