Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end engineering projects with high ambiguity, scale, complexity
• Run A/B experiments, gather data, and perform statistical analysis
• Recruit SDEs to the team and provide mentorship
