Job Description

Amazon Robotics is seeking an Engineer to join their rapidly expanding Robotics Technical Support team. The role involves deep-diving into technical issues, collaborating with development teams, and managing high severity incidents.

Requirements

• 2+ years of software development or technical support experience
• Experience in Unix
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems

Responsibilities

• Deep-dive, analyze, mitigate or resolve technical issues escalated by Amazon Robotics Facilities
• Utilize data sources to pinpoint and resolve software/hardware defects
• Collaborate with development teams to create viable solutions for customers
• Manage high severity calls and troubleshoot directly with customers
• Use Change Management best practices within the Amazon Robotics environment
