Job Description

AWS Utility Computing (UC) is seeking a Software Development Engineer II to join the EC2 Networking team at Amazon Web Services (AWS) to design fault-tolerant systems at massive scale in the AWS Cloud.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Support the development and management of Compute, Database, Storage, Internet of Things (IoT), Platform, and Productivity Apps services in AWS
• Design fault-tolerant systems at massive scale
• Influence and shape the direction of services
• Mentor junior engineers
