Job Description

Amazon Security Platform Engineering team is hiring candidates to work on designing, implementing, and maintaining platform services and features using AWS to build highly scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture of new and existing systems experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain platform services and features using AWS to build highly scalable solutions
• Automate deployments, upgrades, and system changes to ensure continuous operations
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their use cases and build solutions to automate their workflows
• Enable customers to automate security tasks and track success metrics using our tooling
• Participate in on-call operations to ensure system reliability and continuity across the company
• Identify opportunities to enhance skills in software development, cloud computing, and security
