Requirements

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
• Experience in DevOps delivery model
• Experience in communicating with users, technical teams, and management

Responsibilities

• Setting technical vision for services across Amazon Ads
• Developing audience targeting capabilities for advertisers
• Implementing large language models and NLP techniques
• Working on audience discovery, taxonomy, metadata, and permission tools
• Mentoring and guiding junior engineers
