Frontend Engineer II, AWS Quicksight

Job Description

This role with Amazon Q in QuickSight focuses on enhancing and building new foundational components and user experiences to integrate generative AI capabilities for business users.

Requirements

• 2+ years of non-internship professional front end, web or mobile software development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS experience
• 1+ years of computer science fundamentals experience
• Experience using JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and React

Responsibilities

• Help define front end architectures, own and implement specific components, and help shape the overall user experience
• Contribute to defining best practices for front end development
• Collaborate with UX Designers and Product Managers
• Contribute to planning, design, implementation, testing, operations, and process improvement as a member of an autonomous team
• Write high-quality, efficient, testable code
• Mentor and support the growth of other developers
