Software Development Engineer , Project Kuiper

Job Description

Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world. This role is for a Software Development Engineer who will design, build, and maintain components and services of Project Kuiper's Customer eCommerce Services and interact with the core Kuiper Network.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Design and Implement Telecom Components, Applications and Services
• Partner with the Satellite, Networks and Security engineering teams
• Design components, services, and relevant data models
