Job Description

Amazon's Project Kuiper is a low Earth orbit satellite broadband network aiming to deliver fast, reliable internet globally. They are seeking a Systems Development Engineer to automate security controls and implement processes.

Requirements

• Experience leading the design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale infrastructure
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust
• Experience with Linux/Unix
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes

Responsibilities

• Automate and implement security controls
• System Development Engineering
• Assisting certifications and assessments programs by liaising with Kuiper Security, auditors, and Kuiper service teams
• Help drive continuous improvements to the Kuiper compliance program
• Deliver recommendations and risk interpretations in a clear, concise and audience-specific format
