Job Description

Project Kuiper is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite broadband network aiming to deliver fast, reliable internet to customers worldwide. This role as Systems Engineer involves managing critical infrastructure across global Contract Manufacturer sites.

Requirements

• 3+ years systems engineering experience
• 3+ years managing critical infrastructure
• Background in multi-site operations
• Hardware lifecycle management
• Ability to lift and handle rack equipment

Responsibilities

• Manage complete device lifecycle from standards through decommissioning
• Design and implement rack infrastructure solutions
• Maintain inventory systems across multiple locations
• Provide hands-on technical support for network infrastructure
• Create and maintain technical documentation and procedures
• Lead system reliability improvements
• Troubleshoot Windows and Linux systems
• Manage technical changes across environments
• Support contract manufacturer operations
• Travel up to 50% domestic and international
• Ability to work in multiple countries
