Logistics Specialist

Job Description

AWS Infrastructure Services is looking for Data center Logistics Specialists to ensure inventory levels are maintained for build and repair activities. This position involves monitoring inventory, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining records.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of logistics or relevant experience
• Experience in shipping & receiving, inventory, and warehousing practices

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of all billing associated with the Inventory supply chain
• Assemble, address, stamp, and arrange shipment of merchandise and materials
• Assist in scheduling deliveries and pick-ups
• Keep precise records of all commodities entering and leaving the company
• Adhere to safety standards and maintain high quality in production
• Work on powered equipment like forklift or cherry picker
