Job Description

Join the AWS Data Center Engineering Operations team to maintain and operate critical infrastructure systems in the world's largest cloud computing portfolio.

Requirements

• High school or equivalent diploma
• 1+ years of electrical or mechanical experience
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products

Responsibilities

• Perform daily building rounds to monitor critical equipment
• Assist in troubleshooting facility and rack-level events
• Perform rack installs, decommissioning, PM, root cause analysis, and repair of equipment
• Monitor work requests, manage resolutions, and execute projects
• Provide on-site support and ensure work compliance with established practices
• Work in shifts up to 12-hours, including on-call rotations
• Maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting of mission-critical data center facility equipment
