ADC Windows Client Engineer, Region Services Operations (RSO) - VECTOR Team

Job Description

The position involves supporting the development and management of various services in AWS Utility Computing (UC) organization, focusing on Windows Client Systems Engineering.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent certification in relevant field
• 5+ years supporting Windows family of operating systems
• Knowledge of networking basic skills and troubleshooting
• Experience with Active Directory and PowerShell scripting
• Current US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the IT Service Desk Team
• Maintain Desktop OS Images/VDI templates
• Client patching and security compliance
• Manage desktop metrics and monitoring services
• Create and update system documentation
• Collaborate with the Security Compliance team
