Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Design/Innovation Engineering or related
• Experience managing engineering design projects
• Proficiency in technical software like CAD software
• Ability to travel 20% globally

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to design cost-effective solutions
• Manage multiple projects from concept to design approval
• Serve as primary technical contact for suppliers
• Support Ops Engineering team in system installation and commissioning
• Work on projects including green-fields, brown-fields, and retrofits
