Cluster Project Design Electrical Engineer, Fleet Remediation Engineering

Job Description

The Amazon Fleet Remediation Project Design Engineer will lead design projects in operational data centers, remediate issues, upgrade existing infrastructure, and add new services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
• 3+ cumulative years of design experience with industrial or commercial engineering in Mission Critical facilities
• Experience managing engineering projects and consultants
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and writing skills

Responsibilities

• Own the design for data center upgrades and new infrastructure
• Interface with internal and external teams for project support
• Act as a technical subject matter expert for new projects
• Support construction, commissioning, operations, and turnover
