Software Dev Engineer II, AWS Network Infrastructure

Job Description

This job is for a developer within the Global Capacity and Infrastructure Development Organization at Amazon, focusing on building tools to improve the velocity of the acquisition and deployment of AWS network infrastructure across the globe.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture of new and existing systems experience
• Bachelor's degree, or CSSLP (Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional)
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Responsibilities

• Design and build full-stack solutions
• Collaborate with creative and technical teams to solve challenges
• Deliver novel customer experiences by developing solutions
• Integrate and optimize existing ad products to take advantage of Amazon's scale and reach
• Provide guidance and mentorship to other SDEs in the team
• Ensure quality design reviews and engineering practices for automated testing and code coverage
