Job Description

Join the AWS EC2 Networking and Outpost hardware team to work on high performant hardware for cloud computing infrastructures.

Requirements

• BS degree in EE, CE, or CS
• 5+ years of experience with complex server, storage, or network server designs
• Experience with debug and root cause analysis of PCIe, memory, storage subsystems or networking
• Advanced support experience managing customer escalations in a large scale production environment
• Working with interdisciplinary teams to execute product design from concept to production

Responsibilities

• Solving systemic issues, driving changes back into development, and building mechanisms to operate infrastructure at the Edge and Data Center
• Interfacing with internal and external customers to understand project requirements and facilitate system development
• Working with vendors and design teams to develop and manufacture products at scale
