Job Description

Amazon is seeking a software development engineer to work on building a world-class advertising business by developing self-service performance advertising products that drive discovery and sales.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Programming experience with at least one software language
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Develop Tier-1 services to handle millions of requests per day with low latencies and strict SLA requirements
• Design and build high-performance platforms to serve millions of customers
• Work on next-generation advertiser registration and account management systems
• Mentor and grow junior engineers, collaborate with principal engineers
• Drive technology choices, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Contribute to the growth of the advertising business at Amazon
