Job Description

Amazon.com is looking for Software Development Engineers (SDEs) to join the Customer Engagement Technologies (CET) department and work on innovative customer engagement solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Responsibilities

• Implement and deliver contact center systems using Generative AI and Machine Learning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market
• Design and build technologies in a large distributed computing environment
