Support Engineer IV, ADSP Support Engineering

Job Description

The Amazon DSP Support Engineering team is seeking a Support Engineer who will play a key role in solving customer-impacting issues and enhancing the quality of the platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development or technical support experience
• Experience scripting in modern program languages
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
• Experience in agile/scrum or related collaborative workflow
• Proven experience with SQL

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve systemic customer impacting advertising DSP issues
• Provide visibility into problem themes and drive constant improvement of the customer experience
• Develop SOPs and automated tools to improve quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and implement troubleshooting best practices
• Mentor and provide guidance to peer support engineers
