Job Description

Amazon is seeking a software development engineer to work on conversational AI customer service chatbots leveraging AI and machine learning technology.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain inference infrastructure for conversational AI chatbots
• Develop and own deployment pipelines for integrating LLM models into production environments
• Design and implement ML inference service to orchestrate interaction between multiple models
• Integrate with cross-team services for retrieval-augmented generation systems
• Enhance observability and logging mechanisms
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX designers, Applied Scientists, and Software Development Engineers
