Job Description

Seeking top industry technical experts to expand Analytics and Big Data Services to government customers within AWS Utility Computing (UC)

Requirements

• 10+ years of Linux experience
• 10+ years of systems engineering experience
• 10+ years of systems management/administration automation experience
• 5+ years of Agile methods and processes experience
• Strong debugging and systems analysis skills
• Excellent troubleshooting skills at all levels
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph

Responsibilities

• Support the development and management of Compute, Database, Storage, IoT, Platform, and Productivity Apps services in AWS
• Deep dive to root cause customer issues
• Investigate trending metrics
• Consult with top engineers at Amazon
• Discuss new approaches to automate operational issues
