Sr. Systems Development Engineer, Kuiper

Job Description

Seeking an experienced Senior PLM Systems Development Engineer to work on enterprise tools with a focus on product lifecycle and configuration management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
• Experience leading the design, implementation, maintenance, and administration of CAD, PDM, or PLM systems
• 4+ years experience in systems engineering, product development, or technical product management
• 3+ years of programming experience with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang
• 3+ years of experience with web application development
• 3+ years of experience with developing against SQL databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL

Responsibilities

• Interface with departments to identify product data needs
• Translate requirements into architecture and design documentation
• Guide development of PLM and CM processes
• Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain software solutions
• Provide hands-on leadership for the team
• Lead design and development efforts with a focus on timeliness, security, and scalability
