Supervise the daily activities of a production unit or team, ensuring efficient and effective operations. This role involves overseeing the production team, collaborating cross-functionally, leading projects, setting clear expectations, and coaching team members for development.

Requirements

• College, university, or equivalent degree required
• Supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of the production team
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance safety, productivity, quality, and operational efficiency
• Lead projects and work assignments, providing guidance and feedback to team members
• Set clear expectations and responsibilities, coaching and mentoring team members
• Conduct thorough HSE incident investigations with accurate root cause analysis and effective corrective actions
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance quality
