Job Description

Lead the development of departmental plans and deliverables, and provide technical consultation and advice to managers, manufacturing personnel, and other functions in the field of Assembly & Test Engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Management or related field
• 4 years of experience as an Industrial or Manufacturing Engineer or related position

Responsibilities

• Determine technical tasks at the sub-system and/or component level for current and future products
• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement through various methodologies
• Provide technical inputs and direction for Manufacturing
• Manage New Product Development for assigned functional areas
• Utilize data mining and data visualization techniques
• Create standard work methods for production lines
• Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material, and utilities
