Job Description

Lead manufacturing operations, drive results, and implement continuous improvement projects

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field and 2 years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field and 5 years of experience
• Experience in Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Lean Manufacturing techniques, Six Sigma Process Improvement, Labor and Employee Relations, Health and Safety Fundamentals, and Emergency Management and Response

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple shifts of manufacturing operations
• Implement Team Based Work Systems and Production Structure
• Utilize Lean Manufacturing techniques for continuous improvement projects
• Identify and troubleshoot manufacturing errors
• Delegate tasks and coordinate performance across teams
• Establish performance standards and provide feedback for team members
• Develop and implement training plans
• Ensure uninterrupted facility production in emergencies
