Job Description

AWS Infrastructure Services is seeking an innovative self-starter to join their diverse team of engineers and specialists in designing, planning, and delivering AWS global infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on NAND characterization and development experience with SSD or other storage systems

Responsibilities

• Define NAND specifications and roadmap for Nitro SSDs growth
• Lead integration of NAND technology with Nitro SSDs across multiple platforms
• Develop strategies to improve SSD performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
• Oversee the health, performance, and reliability of a global fleet comprising millions of SSDs
• Collaborate with cross-functional external partners to deliver advanced storage solutions at a global scale
