Job Description

Amazon’s Specialized Business Services Security team is seeking an innovative Software Development Engineer to join our Risk & Vulnerability Management Automation team. The position focuses on developing and maintaining solutions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of risk and vulnerability management initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software and security engineers to build automated risk and vulnerability management workflows
• Design scalable architectures for low-latency, big data processing
• Improve performance and efficiency of existing systems
• Raise the bar for testing, repeatability, automation, and operational excellence
• Seek out, develop, and advocate for new technologies
