Job Description

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technology related field
• 4+ years professional experience working in large scale networking environments with internet routing protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, and OSPF
• 4+ years experience developing engineering, deployment, or operations mechanisms to support IP network and/or networking systems
• 1+ years of experience in automation via Bash/shell scripting and Perl/Python programming

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality network and/or systems operations, deployments, scaling, technology refresh, and best practices application
• Lead network projects in areas of network sustaining engineering, deployment/implementation, scaling, technology refresh, best practices application, and optimization
• Maintain standards across the networking toolset, ensure compliance, and deliver simple, sustainable, and repeatable solutions and processes
• Collaborate with highest tier escalation engineers/resolvers and create/review documentation and processes regarding network implementation/deployments
