Job Description

The AWS Infrastructure Services team is responsible for designing, planning, delivering, and operating all AWS global infrastructure, ensuring continuous access to innovation for customers. They are seeking talented individuals to join their diverse team of engineers and specialists.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• Master's degree in computer science or equivalent preferred
• Experience building complex software systems successfully delivered to customers

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, choose technologies, design features, and spin new services
• Code, review, deploy software globally, and maintain services
• Contribute to every phase of the development process and deploy scalable software systems worldwide
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, manage competing priorities, and implement optimizations for performance, scalability, and efficiency
