Job Description

The Systems Engineer position at Prime Air Shared Services team involves optimizing and growing infrastructure to support critical safety workloads at scale, emphasizing operational excellence and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Sciences, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of hands-on systems engineering and administrative experience in networking and cloud-based administration
• Knowledge and high proficiency in managing Linux and Windows servers
• Basic Python or PowerShell scripting competency
• Experience supporting on-premise third party solutions

Responsibilities

• Drive continual improvement in systems operations through tool building and automation
• Drive root cause analyses
• Lead planning, forecasting, and technical approaches to operating at peak scale
• Drive projects and report on their progress
• Report on the health of services at an executive level
• Collaborate with world-class leaders to meet challenges
