Services Team Water Technician

Job Description

The AWS Infrastructure Services team is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join the Data Center Engineering Operations Team to maintain critical physical infrastructure that supports Amazon Web Services.

Requirements

• High school or equivalent diploma
• 4+ years of data center or mission critical facilities experience
• Knowledge of water treatment processes, equipment, quality regulations, and safety procedures

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on water infrastructure equipment
• Collect water samples for testing and compliance purposes
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and consumables for water systems
• Record completion of preventive maintenance tasks in the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system
• Follow all safety protocols when working around water systems and chemicals
