Lead Product Launch Customer Success Manager at Amazon Robotics responsible for planning and executing the end-to-end launch and field testing of new technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent
• 3+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs
• 2+ years of customer-facing work
• Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams

Responsibilities

• Develop and document product launch strategy for new technologies
• Hold regular launch readiness meetings with stakeholders
• Coordinate Amazon Robotics staff during product launches and testing
• Identify requirements and capture feedback to influence product design
• Coach site leaders on best practices and robotics systems
• Travel up to 35% of the time to Amazon Fulfillment and Transportation Centers
