Senior Machine Learning Engineer role in a dynamic environment focused on developing solutions based on Large Language Models (LLM)

Requirements

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems experience
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy inference solutions for high-end LLMs
• Explore emerging inference optimization techniques
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems
• Own the development and operationalization of solutions in production
• Design model experimentation processes in synergy with scientists
• Help grow the team and cultivate best practices in software development and experimentation
